I was able to get this to work in test but when I installed it in production the extended capabilities were grayed out. Can anyone help me with this issue. I find this perfect for what I need if I could only get it to work in production.

It is working for me in SharePoint 2010...

>How do I use these activities for SharePoint 2010? It seems like I solved my own question listed above. I was able to successfully configure this for SharePoint 2010. If anyone needs help with configuring this on SharePoint 2010 please contact me. I was able to successfully implement most of the activities except Infopath to work on our SharePoint 2010 environment.

This all sounds great but don't expect much help with issues and it does not all work as advertised. I would read through the issues carefully when it comes to the functions that you want to use. I would give this a good rating if it was for concept. For execution I give it a FAIL. Support is not good either. USERS BEWARE. The assign permissions don’t work well if at all. I couldn't get it to work

This is by far one of the best SharePoint tools on CodePlex. I would consider this a must-have item for any SharePoint farm.

I got the actions to come up by looking at the issues sections and adding the authorize to the web.config. The lookup action works like a charm. Thank you .

Does what it says on the tin and is now invaluable to me. Just wish that I could use it to send doc lib docs as attachments...

Excellent functions, very useful, we've been using them for a while on our setup.

Great functionality. In the Send Email Extended Activity it would be nice to make it optional on whether to keep or remove blank lines/spaces in body. We have a need to retain the text formatting in our messages being sent.

Very Good add in features to out of the box features of sharepoint workflow

I actually only use the 'Start another workflow' action but this one significantly extends the possibilities of SharePoint designer workflows allowing things like scheduled workflows and tracking approvers during parallel approval. Recommended!

An excellent Alpha release - stable as well. But I would love to be able to create folders by SPD workflow.

This is very good. I can't wait for the new version hopefully with the ability to update/overwrite destination Items.

The Useful SPD Custom Workflow Activities are great. Thanks to these activities I have made some great workflows in SPD that I couldn't have otherwise made. Many thanks goes out to unklepaul and the developers who contribute to this.

I have just tried this solution on SharePoint Foundation 2010 and it works without any problems. This solution solves a big problem in my workflow-creation. Thank you

This would be wonderful if it worked on SharePoint 2010 Server, it does not install on mine. It requires SharePoint Service 3.0 which, since we are using Sharpoint Server 2010, is not necessary. If anyone has a suggestion, I would be very appreciative.

I am having a problem using this in our QA server but it works fine in DEV server, I can see custom actions but they are grayedout i cant click on any one of custom actions, how can i solve this
by tapsbops on Feb 4, 2011 at 7:12 AM

The Grant Permission action works just fine with or without a space in the SP Group. I did have problems earlier because the Trust Level in the web config was too tight. By setting it to Medium, it works perfectly.

Doesn't work on SP 2013. When you install manually, open designer and click copy list item extended, nothing happens.

I imported the WSP file into 2013. It works. jaxsharepoint.blogspot.com/2013/06/deploying-wsp-to-sharepoint-2013.html

How can we get this to work with Sharepoint 2010?
by proactis on Apr 5, 2011 at 10:32 AM

Grant Item permissions does not work I'm giving this one star only because I cannot give a 0
by LoisLane on Dec 1, 2010 at 2:51 PM

Very poor..... No support at all (Of course it is free) But the promised features just don't work.
by shresthasabin on Nov 22, 2010 at 8:23 PM

For the Grant Permission to work, the SP group mustn't contain spaces (maybe this has already been said elsewhere.... ) apart from that it works just fine. Will now try and find the syntax for the "Set Infopath field" actions.
