Workflow sometimes doesn’t even start, if there are any actions with permissions. Sometimes workflow starts, but only logs are written to history and workflow fails on any other actions.

In IPAccessHelper.cs, line 80, only namespace prefix "my" is added to namespace manager. Since namespace prefix 'pc' is widely used by person picker, it is better to add it as well.

Following deployment of solution, Attempting to view or edit Nintex Workflows fails with error "Unable to retrieve config.xml"
After Retracting solution, Nintex works normally again.
